I hesitate to comment without knowing any facts... but it sounds manufactured that 4 illegals would decide to point a laser (whatever that means) at a helicopter. Generally illegals do everything possible to avoid notice.

This is typical Trump. He completely misrepresents reality so his base can do their happy dance. Portland isn't war ravaged. There's hasn't even been a real riot since July, I believe. The National Guard isn't going to do anything but stand around the ICE building. They aren't going to help clean up Portland.
This is all a huge waste of money.
