I'm actually more concerned about people who are like, "Yeah I'm okay with this level of governing," than his die hard supporters. They are fully bought in, but the middle of the road people who hear it and are just like, whatever, I believe he'll bring gas prices down, those are the real ones to be worried about.
 
He loves the farmers, huh? Well someone should ask him about his tariffs, which damn near bankrupt the entire industry. Which forced him to use taxpayer money to shield himself from the consequences of his actions and bail them out... To the tune of $28 billion dollars. We spent more money to bail out the farming industry than we did on NASA! And that's not even the kicker. When it came time to pay the subsidies, he did so partisanly. If your county went red for Trump in the election cycle, you got your money first.

I live smack in the middle of rural North Carolina. And every time I hear one of these farmers or see one of these MAGA hats, I want to shake some GD sense into them. They're so damn dumb. Just lining up to vote against their best interests.

Not to mention that what he was essentially doing was giving free taxpayer funded government handouts to people, which is exactly what Republicans claim they're opposed to. Yet all those MAGA farmers gladly lined up to take all that Trump money - I guess maybe they really are socialists after all.

Yep. This is a guy who has declared bankruptcy what - six times? He's always likely had flunkies run his business operations for him while he plays golf, so he's hardly the business genius that his admirers love to portray him as. And yet his cult has created this mythology of him as a financial guru, gold toilets and all.
