I realize that a quick dismissal would save Comey and James legal expenses, but I would love to see what discovery would reveal delving into these absurd indictments.
And maybe Comey and James would have compelling evidence to file a lawsuit charging malicious prosecution which could return more $ than enough to cover their legal costs.
Again, I am not a lawyer but I did watch Perry Mason in my childhood and have been catching up on Matlock this year, so I figure I'm still as competent as Halligan.

Yes, Trump's current Secretary of State led a Senate committee investigation and found nothing
But can you really trust Durham and Rubio to conduct investigations ? I say we can never know for sure until Bondi Barbie unleashes her cracker jack DOJ investigative team to uncover the truth.

We need to keep our eye on the ball and focus on the current head of the CIA who was a Senator that served on the DHS committee.
Contrast that with a former CIA director who worked for 25 years in the CIA and has been thoroughly investigated by a Trump special counsel and by the current SOS who found no wrong doing in carrying out his duties to protect our national security.
