Imagine a guy who’s 60 and a name partner at a law firm engaging in a conspiracy to steal electoral votes and overturn a presidential election.

No doubt the guy is stupid for getting himself fired, but I find it quite amusing that the (ex) DOJ lawyer is called "triggered", yet conservatives like Jeanine Pirro below & Pam Bondi were all up in arms and getting the vapors over a dude throwing a damn sandwich at some cops, we had all kinds of tweets after his arrest in big letters yelling that "Violence Against Cops will NOT be tolerated!", "If you spit, we hit!", and people better not lay a finger (Subway Italian Herb Cheese Bread?) on law enforcement in DC, and he was charged with a felony and when he voluntarily turned himself in a whole posse of law-enforcement folks in paramilitary garb were sent to arrest him. All of which is peak triggered behavior.

It's a good thing the guy didn't throw a Taco Bell Quesadilla at them - watching Mexican food coming at them might have gotten him shot.

Is that on the same level as a Secretary of State and a president conspiring to fabricate and leak a false story about their opponent to undermine an election? Not sure if the two are equal or not.

Just curious, what is your gripe with the ACA? From what I can tell – and in fact, from my own personal experience when I was first out of college, on my own, completely dirt poor, and making minimum wage – it was a veritable lifesaver to be able to have affordable health insurance. I understand the reflexive Republican dislike of Barack Obama – heck, Obama Derangement Syndrome is still seemingly alive and well on the right as much as TDS is on the left- but I definitely do not understand the dislike of the ACA when it has quite literally saved many, many, many people’s lives over the last decade and some change.

My absolute favorite thing about the sandwich throwing guy is that they sent TWENTY….TWENTY!… law enforcement officers to his apartment to arrest him. 20 officers to arrest a dude in a pink shirt who threw a submarine sandwich!

If that does not perfectly encapsulate what a completely emasculated movement MAGA is, the fact that official US government social media accounts are posting videos of it- of 20 uniform police officers wearing bulletproof fest and with riot gear, showing up to arrest a guy who threw a sandwich- is such a humiliating moment for a once proud country.

At this point there isn’t enough evidence put forth yet to conclusively say obama was complicit, but there is zero doubt about hilary. Or are you a denier of that as well.

And according to MAGA it's liberals who are triggered because he stupidly threw a Subway sub at some cops - yet the total overkill response from Trumpers doesn't indicate that they are triggered at all. Projection - it's always projection with these people.

Of course they aren't.

But mockery works best on the target's own terms. If someone makes an entire career out of using plain language and sticking it to elites, and then when questioned about a personal scandal, he says that "the situation was amorphous and my attitude equivocal,' damn straight I'm going to mock the use of those words even though, generally speaking, I like precise language and variations in expression.
