I don't unabashedly support trump in everything he does in the same way you guys hate everything he does. I can be objective with trump but not very many others here can. Ex. You can't bring yourself to fully acknowledge its a good thing that our border is secure. In no way is that a bad thing. Trump isn't the gate keeper for legal immigration as it relates to needed workers. That is restricted by our laws. I'm in agreement that the laws need to change, but that isn't trump restricting legal immigration. I don't believe you guys even acknowledge legal immigration anymore. It appears you don't care about that and only see immigration through the lens of illegal immigration.

I don't hate everything Trump does. I hate the things that he does that do harm to the nation overall. It just so happens that most of the things he does fall into that category.
And no...further securing the border is not automatically a good thing if the outcome is that we have fewer good and productive members of our society while decimating certain industries. We need good immigrants and the vast majority of immigrants are very good people. I think any effort to massively secure the border should be humane, legal, and paired with comprehensive immigration reform. What we are doing now is none of those things.
The "war on drugs" has been far more damaging to society than the drugs themselves, which is incredible given how horrible drug addiction is. Enforcement of inane policy is not a solution.
