Agree. I hope this isn't like an old Japanese Godzilla movie where two giant monsters fight and all of the buildings around them are destroyed as collateral damage.

The infuriating part is that ~48% of the country turned these monsters into Godzillas. And damn, those buildings could be the whole f'ing country
Agree except the bit about 48%.
36% of voters didn’t even vote.
And 31% voted Harris.
1% voted other
That means 68% did not vote for this shit.
All of the buildings stand a chance of getting destroyed because of 32% - not 48%

Fair enough. Good point. I shoulda said ~48% of the voters.

I never heard any liberals I know who said they loved (or even liked) that truck, but I have heard plenty of people say it's ugly as sin.
It's a wimpy HMMWV and they give off major small dick vibe!

Anybody else have folks that have travelled in a tesla and experienced the owners range anxiety? My daughter went on a birthday trip with my niece and she was really caught off guard by the fact charging on the road or at the hot springs in New Mexico could be so stressfull.

I believe in electric vehicles but the whole recharge when you're on the road apparently is or can be very stressful.

This is why we own 2 Toyota plug-in hybrids. 100% EV around town and then Hybird with unlimited range on the highway. Until they build out the recharging infrastructure (who knows when now that Trump is killing that) this seems the best way to go. We both average over 150 mpg.
