Have we ever had another POTUS directly wreak so much havoc and cause so much damage to our economy? This is self-inflicted damage of an epic proportion. Oy vey!

Unfortunately most Trump voters do not rely on the stock market for retirement. They mostly rely on Medicaid nursing homes. Kind of like they use gofundme for health insurance.
Very true. But the country club Pubs who voted forTrump (I.e. against a black woman) can’t be happy with what Trump is doing. They were just as essential to getting Trump elected as the trailer park MAGAts.

Certainly not unilaterally. Trump’s hero McKinley did a lot of damage but he at least did it with Congress. Trump is worse already and we’re still just three months in.

Have to agree that even though the white trash cult are far greater in number, the people who voted for him who are not complete failures in life are even more responsible. But even the billionaires know they bought a defective puppet at this point. Fucking anything up this bad is almost impossible.

Although he is generally unaware, I know he has the capacity to feel stress because he throws ketchup. Let's just say that the world would be better off if that stress became, um, overwhelming.

You know if you say "Fuck Trump", Pam Bondi says you will go to jail.

Trump Promised Lower Food Prices On Day 1, 99 Days Later Has Delivered The Opposite

In his first 100 days in office, Trump has managed quite a bit: upending the lives of hundreds of thousands of federal workers; unilaterally sentencing hundreds, perhaps thousands, of migrants to life sentences in a notorious El Salvador prison; switching sides in the Ukraine war to favor the aggressor; and costing Americans trillions from their retirement accounts while putting the country on the path to a trade-war-induced recession. One thing he has not done: lower Americans’ grocery bills.

While overall inflation has trended slightly downward since Trump took office, food inflation has not. In fact, not only have grocery prices increased each month since he took office, that inflation rate itself has increased in each of the three months since Trump’s return, so that the inflation rate for groceries is now at its highest point in nearly two years.

“Groceries have come down,” he said in an Oval Office photo opportunity on Tuesday, and then focused on eggs in particular. “The cost of eggs have come down like 93, 94% since we took office.”

In fact, eggs got expensive under predecessor Joe Biden and then got even more expensive after Trump took office because of a bird flu epidemic. For Trump’s claim to be correct, eggs would have to be selling for about 35 cents a dozen now, which they clearly are not.

What do they mean 99 days?

He started delivering on the opposite almost immediately.
