Huh?I've thought for a while his approval floor is around 42%, just because that's the percentage of the public that will support him no matter what. He may fall below that level before his first month is over. I literally can't imagine a worse start to a presidency than what we're seeing.
He was basically under 38% his entire first term, save the first 8 or so months at the beginning and a few spikes in the middle and end. There is no way he will be sniffing anything above 40% for the vast, vast majority of 2.0. I expect him to be sub 35% in 2026 and beyond.
