Come on, people. Give the man a break. He did have a busy night/morning of rage posting after the election night beatdown.
I know you are poking fun but this guy is awake rage posting almost every day until 2 or 3 am.

I am just 4 years younger than Trump, and if I was awake and ramped up every night until 3am then I know I would need a few naps during the following afternoon which would enable me to continue my early AM raging once again.

C'mon man, let our president catch some shuteye during the events going on during ordinary working hours. Those events aren't as important as Trump's 2-3am rage posts that actually informs about how things are really going on.

He probably stays up all night reading news and stuff on social media about himself.
No doubt, and this (along with his rage tweeting late at night) accounts for some of his obvious sleepiness during the day. Having said that, I also don't doubt that his health is probably pretty poor. He's 79, definitely obese, doesn't eat healthy, and probably has a number of growing health issues because of the combination of those things. As POTUS he also gets top-notch healthcare, though, so I'm sure he's got plenty of people keeping a close eye on his health and physical condition.

The full results were reviewed by attending radiologist and consultants and all agreed that President Trump remains in exceptional physical health

Who gets a MRI as part of a routine physical?
A 79 year old showing signs of accelerating dementia.

"Brain scanning and imaging has led to more accurate ways to diagnose dementia. It has also allowed scientists to understand more about what happens in the brain as diseases like Alzheimer’s start and progress. We’ll give some information about the commonly used scans in dementia diagnosis and dementia research which we hope you find helpful."
