No, it may have jumped the shark for me. I just don't have any interest.Anyone watched the new season of Stranger Things yet?

It’s GREAT. I only wish they had made more seasonsFinally getting around to watching Derry Girls. It is better than I expected it would be. Does a really good job of capturing my clouded by nostalgia memory of the 90s.
Balances nostalgia, sentimentality, and humor about as well as any show I’ve ever seen. Pure gold. I only wish there were more of it.Finally getting around to watching Derry Girls. I started it and it was a bit much for me, despite how creative and clever it is. And I say that as a big fan of Nathan Fielder. I may go back to it at some point.Watched Episode 1 of The Rehearsal. WTF!??
“It’s days like these that I curse the Chinese for inventing gunpowder.”
My wife was rolling on the floor laughing over that line.
I want a spin off that is just the adventures of the main nun. I just love that character. Finally getting around to watching Derry Girls. It is better than I expected it would be. Does a really good job of capturing my clouded by nostalgia memory of the 90s.
Skins is probably closer akin to Freaks and Geeks as far as star power.Only 19 total shows for Derry Girls. It made stars out of the young cast. UK version of Freaks and Geeks (although different kind of show).
I really, REALLY! liked the first couple of books in "The Expanse" series. I was totally pumped when I heard a TV adaptation was coming. The TV adaptation was, IMHO, so bad that it put me off even finishing the book series. After seeing the TV series, my imagining of the characters was completely overwritten and I did NOT like the change. It's an old show but I keep seeing people saying that The Expanse is really good and better than BSG.
I watched 5 or 6 episodes a couple of years ago but tried to pick it back up. I just don't get why so many people like it. I find the acting to be mediocre.
Does it get better?
More things like 'Death By Lightning' Please.
Certainly not on the level of some of the borderline absurdities in DBL (although admittedly that's very much part of the charm), but if you also enjoyed the backroom/behind the scenes/how the sausage gets made aspects of DBL, albeit without the salty language (although again, part of the charm of DBL was hearing these historical figures throw out F-bombs and more), Wolf Hall, which aired in 2015, and the concluding series, which aired this year, are both top notch. Obviously a completely different milieu and set of issues at stake, but well worth a look..More things like 'Death By Lightning' Please.

I enjoyed it. It got better once it moved off of SyFy and onto Amazon. Amos Burton is THAT guy. It's an old show but I keep seeing people saying that The Expanse is really good and better than BSG.

I found that kinda amusing, along with the backstabbing, self-dealing and general anarchy of the whole proceedings...I think the thing that was most annoying about the depiction of Garfield's world was the language.
Give season 2 a try.I started it and it was a bit much for me, despite how creative and clever it is. And I say that as a big fan of Nathan Fielder. I may go back to it at some point.
Nathan for You is his earlier and more bite-sized series on HBO. That one I loved, but his brand of humor can wear me out.
There were some good episodes in season 2. The first few episodes of season 1 were lacking. The guy who plays Amos is very good after he grows into the role. Same with Naomi. And you probably haven't seen Drummer yet, who is very good. It's an old show but I keep seeing people saying that The Expanse is really good and better than BSG.
