NIL has no impact on guys who are consensus projected lottery picks.

It has little to no impact on guys who are projected as safe 1st round picks.

Where it potentially has impact is the guys in the 30-75 range of draft rankings who are unlikely to go in the first round and face the potential of a non-guaranteed contract. This is the no man's land in which Henri Veesaar, for example, probably will find himself.
