I could use a good laugh this morning though. Please, get in here and explain to the rest of us why we just got shut down wire to wire by another first year coach with significantly fewer resources. I’m all ears.

All I got is that they didn’t play well enough. Maybe you can break down some of the schemes and why they didn’t work?

The mediocrity on the field is familiar. The difference is that we've now sold our soul completely, with no tangible positive return.

If we're going to be meddling on the field, I would rather have continued to do it with Mack.

She's dressing like a million other 24 yr olds at college games, even on sidelines. It sounds like you have some vision of unofficial dress-code, and would have a similar problem even if the hubby coach was 24, and that's fine, as long as people don't refer her in derogatory terms just because you have a unofficial vision that isn't shared by the rest of the world. You might not have done this, but many people have said derogatory things and that reeks of sexism, misogyny which i associate with maga.

What changed regarding her dress since early? Vs Stanford she was wearing the snakeskin skirt and high boots.

Someone should ask our head coach that question. I’m not the one getting paid a top 10 salary in the sport to answer it.

I remember you posting about how you have been breaking down schemes, analyzing them, etc, in this very thread. I could never find those posts, so I have been eagerly awaiting to see your analysis going forward. I would think that it shouldn’t be too hard to find a few to critique from yesterday, given their performance. And, it would be nice to at least get a few breakdowns of schemes in the thread - I am sure others would appreciate it as well.

I am afraid that I can’t come up with anything delusional for you.

While i thought the Mack experiment had run its course 2 years before we fired him, I 100% agree with this. Mack and Sally are class acts who represent the good things about collegiate athletics. Id take middling with Mack every day and twice on Sunday over the current "suck with loud undeserved bravado and arrogance".
 
Mack sucked just as bad as BB, he just had Sam and Drake to slightly improve his results. If he had Gio at QB I’m not sure we would have won any games under Mack. And he has an ego too, guy thought he was doing a good job and was upset he wasn’t allowed to stay longer. None of that excuses the team’s performance under BB, he sucks too.

Stay tuned. I’m in the middle of drafting a detailed breakdown of why our senile $10M coach called a timeout at the end of the game when the outcome was already solidified to give Wake another shot at running the score up. It was very heady stuff. You’ll love reliving the moment.
