1.8 assist to turnovers on the season with no PG
I was curious how that compares with CBB. The NCAA site has games through Friday and we're at 1.73 A/TO as a team...which is good for 16th in the nation.

Seems like something we do really, really well, getting assists without turning the ball over much.

What's he supposed to do? Lock himself in the film room and go dark? He can spare a few hours to watch the championship game.

This sounds like the people calling complaining about Caleb Williams having a good time at the Blackhawks game the other night.
No. he is the CEO of the basketball program he should just use judgment with the things that come out of his mouth... not trying to be cool.

Of course he's gonna watch the game and be with his family or do whatever the hell he wants to do.

Nothing much to add here but to say this whole situation is sad. I tend to agree that it is time to move on from HD, but the win-at-all-costs mentality is so far divorced from what I grew up with Coach Smith, that I find it hard to reconcile with my fandom.
Who said win at all costs? The idea that moving on from Hubert means we had to bring in a sleaze ball is weak.

The idea that Hubert Davis is the only person who has the character for the program and that we just have to ride this roller coaster in order did not have some Pitino type stuff going on it's just ridiculous.

Hopefully Hubert can stay consistent and winning...but moving on from him doesn't mean going dirty and winning is important...look at the budget.

Our two bigs are excellent passers.

Henri Veesaar is either close to the rim AND he never brings the ball down or he’s at the top-of-the-key READY to shoot a “3.”

Wilson also RARELY brings the ball down and his skills and athleticism put him in a shooting motion in a fraction of a second.
