I couldn't partake legally until my senior year.

Same. First week of classes my senior year.

I took five years to graduate though so I got two years. Well I should have but only had 2/3 of a year then met a girl who didn’t let me drink. Not because of anything with me. It was just a way to control me. Married her and of course that didn’t last.

In the mid 90s i had a buddy get his hands on an ID that belonged to Nate Hobgood-Chittick (rip) and was able to go to a few bars where we new the bouncer but just had to show them something so they could cya.

Now, my friend had a blond ponytail (aa did Nate in his pick), but otherwise no resemblance to the monster sized man Nate was (my boy was maybe 6ft and skinny).

Anyway, one night we try to go to 4 Corners and the bouncer doesn't even look up from the license, laughs, pockets it, and says "get the fuck out of here you dork, Nate is my roommate".... good lesson to learn, never use a fake id that belongs to anyone of notoriety!
