1) The man is an illegal immigrant with no right to be in our country.

2) An immigration judge determined he was a member of the MS-13 gang.

3) Because he is not a citizen, he does not get a full jury trial by peers. In other words, he received whatever “due process” he was entitled to.

The court document does not say what Vance thinks it says. He was never convicted. He was never a gang member. And even if he were, he still can't be deported to a place where he will face torture.

Did you know there's a treaty signed by the US called the UN Convention Against Torture? Do know who signed it? Do you know what it requires? Do you know what laws the US passed as part of the treaty accession?

It was truly a radical act by a radical person

If you had any shame left, this would be really shameful for you when you realize Cheney is right and Vance is 100% lying to you.

Also, you might want to take an elementary school civics course before you post something as absurdly stupid as #3.

1. Doesn't matter in the slightest as to whether he can be deported to a place where he will be deported.

2. Vance said that he was "convicted." That's laughable. He wasn't convicted of anything. Either JD Vance shows nothing about law, he's suffered a massive brain injury along the way, or he's just straight lying. He's upbraiding Kyle Cheney for ***correctly *** noting that there was no conviction.

3. Oh, is that so? Why don't you tell us about the due process he's entitled to? You're obviously so knowledgeable. Surely you could explain the relevant law in a paragraph. Up for the challenge?

It’s pretty astounding that some are willing to support this administration when they violate the laws because it feels right to them.

But supporting an administration that doesn't enforce border security and allowing ms13 members into the country gets a free pass. You pick and choose your issues based on partisan politics, never looking at the big picture. You're defending criminals but can't even see it!

You are making assumptions here.

Unless you can prove what you are saying about me.

1. I know this is going to blow your mind, but Salvadorans were given temporary protected status in the US by . . . wait for it . . . wait for it . . . George W Bush in 2001. Almost all of the MS-13 members here, are here because of that designation, not anything Biden did.

2. You guys are addicted to misinformation, and I've already had this argument with you (it was, as one would expect, not much of a fair fight so I won't subject you to it again), but Biden always enforced border security. His border policies were actually identical to Trump's border policies for all of 2021 and 2022. He didn't abandon the Remain in Mexico until after the pandemic, at which point there was no legal authority for the program.

3. Don' you think it would be a good idea for you to know even the basics of law before prattling on like this?

Watch, ill prove my point! Border crossings are down at an all time low, a 94% decrease since last year. Can we all agree thats a good thing? And secondly why did the last administration have a hard time with that?

Blah blah blah. Should the illegal ms13 member be allowed to stay yes or no?

This is a continuation of a trend that started last year. It's not a measure of border crossings; it's a measure of border encounters.

One form of encounter was the app that Biden had put in place and Trump cancelled for no reason. That's the primary reason why the border crossings are low. Another reason is that the US economy is terrible now and nobody would want to migrate here.

And no, I do not think it is a good thing. The good thing is to follow the law, which Trump struggles with mightily, and to provide asylum to those who need it. What would be a good thing would be to fund our immigration system so it has capacity to do its job. Trump and the GOP don't want to do that because they love chaos at the border. It whips people like you into outrage and you stop paying attention to them opening your wallet.

If there are too many asylum seekers, maybe the better idea is to help El Salvador become more like Costa Rica. Problem solved.

Also, CRHeel has noted multiple times that a big spike in migration appears to have been an intentional effort by Cuba, Nicaragua and even Russia to cause political problems for Biden. He has the receipts and has shown them.
