A judge said he was
Nope. An immigration judge (not the same thing as an actual judge) said that the government had produced enough evidence to satisfy the immigration standards, which is not remotely the same as saying that the preponderance of evidence showed that he was. The immigration standards are extremely deferential, and the judge works for the justice department, so it is a finding about nothing at all.

Wrong. Preponderance doesn't apply here. Just say you want said illegal in a court room with a bias jury and judge, just say it.

Immigration judge is legit here.

You're really a grotesque person if what you post on here is reflective of you as a human at all. I don't say that about many folks, but honestly there's not much more to say.

I don’t understand how the legal system treats certain words.

Maybe “facilitate” means “get this done by X time and Y date.”

I don’t know why judges are not putting things into simple language.

For instance, “You must bring Mr. Abrego Garcia into this courtroom by 4:00 pm, Wednesday, April 16th, 2025.”

“This Court is not talking about “facilitating or effectuating” his appearance. This Court is saying you have him here by Wednesday, April 16th, 2025 at 4:00 pm or you (Person(s) explicitly named) will be found in contempt and jailed until Mr. Abrego Garcia is in this courtroom.”

Granted, I don’t know what the legal definition or use of certain words is. I do know that “facilitate” or “effectuate” are vague, pansy-ass words to most people.

Not when inflation was high and illegals were committing crimes
If you didn't rely on slanted media for your "news", you would have known that America was far ahead of the rest of the world in containing inflation, by every credible metric.

Similarly, crime was reduced by the Biden administration.

One painfully funny part of the last 10ish years is that TDS means the opposite of what those who say it intend it to mean.

“I feel like something is happening generally in America. Something bad is happening. I don’t think everybody understands.”

Being from Russia, she's probably seen this situation before.
Something bad indeed. And the problem is, because Congress is complicit, there is nothing that can be done. The Project 2025 folks knew the judiciary is powerless...All they needed was the right person to get into the White House and America was hijacked. And without a Congress, nothing can be done to stop it. This country was founded like it should be run by moral people or something, without any safeguards for what is going on
