I didn't leave out anything relevant. The children are citizens of the United States and are afforded every right and privilege that you and your children are. Those rights and privileges include due process under the Constitution of the United States. It is not my fault that you apparently do not believe the Constitution is an important document or that the rights enumerated there are sacrosanct.

Again, the bottom line is that you're perfectly fine with US citizens - kids or not - being kicked out of the country by their own government without due process. As others have already said, there is simply no limit as to how far you will go to defend Dear Leader. Which is precisely what many of us have suspected about members of his cult all along.

And remember that there is no Democrat in waiting. Harris will run again but I don't think she has it. Sanders will probably run but I doubt he has it either. Newsome will probably run but who knows how he's going to turn out.

Of course Evers may just be doing it because it's the right thing to do but I'm a bit too much of a cynic to believe it.

They're not being kicked out if the parents want them to go. Not a hard concept to understand
 
That memo has already been overturned by the Supreme Court, in effect, insofar as the Court has contradicted 5a and said that indeed due process must be available.

Pretty much the whole memo is based on the now-rejected idea that "alien enemies" have no rights. ICE can't burst into their homes without a valid, judicial warrant. None of that bullshit can happen.
