What if Trump says "so what ?" to the courts including SCOTUS

This is a question I have been pondering. I would be interested in the opinions of our legal eagles regarding who and how the court findings would be enforced if Trump gave the middle finger to the courts.

First of all that's a big if. Trump constantly railed against the Supreme Court during his first term whenever it ruled against him but he backed down every single time.

But if Trump did defy a court order, the government employees on the ground could be held for contempt of court and you would see mass resignations, especially the folks in the justice department that wouldn't want to disobey a court order.

Whether that would ultimately stop Trump if the people that are left disobey court orders is something no one knows, probably including Trump.

He can pardon anyone now. And this is why he's staffing up with extreme loyalists. People more loyal to him than anything else.

Whether Trump would defy Supreme Court orders is an open question. I wouldn't assume it would happen. For one thing, there would have to be a Supreme Court order Trump didn't like. Those have been rare in the past few years.
 
He could just have Seal Team MAGA assassinate them.

Brandon of course. With his student loan forgiveness and SAVE program. So the answer, will trump defy the SCOTUS is no. Just go around it with executive orders. Its all good until trump does it and then there will be much hypocritical outrage and amnesia.
 
Trumps hero is Andrew Jackson who did just that. He defied the SCOTUS on more than one occasion. Trail of tears comes to mind. So yes, I expect Trump to do awful things and defy all in his way

This is why people think MAGA are uneducated. Because you constantly broadcast it.
