I like connections. It's interesting how some words have so many possible groupings based on context.
Of course considering that I've been working with computers for over 40 years, the green was very easy today.
I read the ratings of these puzzles. Today was a 2.8 out of 5. The highest I recall is a 3.9. I would like to see what they call a 5.
I only got the purple today because they were the only 4 left. I'm still not sure about one of the words in that context.
Tightrope was very hard today for me. Not sure why they included a spelling question.
I pretty much always learn something from tightrope.
I just figured out that you can try again, but I'm not sure the point. Of course I can do better after seeing the questions.
I also like "The Mini" because I'm not good at crosswords and this one is just easy enough.
I do the daily chess puzzles on Chess.com also. I do have an issue in that it should be clear the goal of the puzzle. Often times it's simply trading pieces to end up with a slight advantage, instead of going for the checkmate.

I know you and I have the same starting word.
Unfortunately I ended up with a 5 when I thought I had a decent chance at a 2. Pretty much knew the 4th letter as a result. Took 4 guesses on the last letter to get it right.
