I just tried it out and I got it in three words. 7 letter, 7 letter, 8 letter. Since it said to try to solve in 6 words I think that is good?FWIW - I know this is the "Wordle" thread, but it's more of a catch-all for the NYT, et al, online games.
I like to play one of the other NYT games called, "Letterboxed" - does anyone else play that one? The challenge is to solve it in two words, and there is apparently always a 2-word solution available if you can find it.
Yes! Well done THJ - 3 words is great!I just tried it out and I got it in three words. 7 letter, 7 letter, 8 letter. Since it said to try to solve in 6 words I think that is good?
Phew...I feel better now. I definitely looked for a 2-word solve, just could not see it today. That's good info to know, as the instructions don't really mention any of it. Tomorrow I'll take more time to see what I can dig up! Thanks for pointing me to the game!Yes! Well done THJ - 3 words is great!![]()
If you want to push yourself a bit though, keep looking for the 2-word solution. Every puzzle has that possibility built in by design. And there's not always just ONE solution, there have been days where I've solved it in two, but then the next day, the solution was completely different from the words I came up with.
Don't get me wrong, sometimes it's super frustrating and I can't always find a two word solution every day, even though it is definitely there. But today, here's an example of solving in two, although I highly doubt these are going to be the solution words posted tomorrow:Phew...I feel better now. See my post above: I got it in two today!
