Okay folks, I've found a strategy (that maybe y'all have already discovered). When you get to a "5 letters exposed but about 20 remaining letters could legitimately work for the solution" kind of situation, you pick the one for the most obscure word first. That's the ONLY reason I got it in 4 today.
