This took me forever. I couldn’t come up with a word given the letters I had eliminated. But the Wordlebot tells me there were 12 potential answers after my second guess so I reckon I got lucky.

Very interesting Connections for me today. Classic sequence: yellow, green, blue, purple, no errors. But I tried to make the conncetion in my mind on the last one (so that I could look in the mirror and say I made that connection) before revealing it. It was not the connection (exactly) that I had in mind, but I learned something. My old hippie/drug fueled/coscmic conspiracy theory/the aliens (now maybe AI or some iteration or treaty betweem them therefor and thereby (plus a lot of other stuff)) are using these games to plumb the Platonic/Hegelian Mind of whatever rare type of creatures we appear to be for the moment. Or something like that....

I do my best to maintain cordial relations with these.. factors, and my UNC connections (in every sense) are brought to bear in all such dealings, which I believe has stood me in good stead...
