Yeah that's my big wowThat's fair. He's usually pretty negative though so it's an interesting position for him given his history of complaining and criticizing.

Exactly. I had a Dem canvasser come to my door last week. For the first time EVER they didn’t ask for money. They just wanted to make sure I planned to vote, which me and my whole family did.It would be more a getting them to the polls than changing their minds
But he's still insightful and he knows his shit. This does not make me feel better at all, personally. Carville is a dinosaur.
Is that a good thing?

Carville is still sharp and he's still very well-connected. Granted, most of the points he made were boilerplate and not any kind of inside info, but they were good points. He's definitely not one to sugarcoat things, if he wasn't feeling confident I don't think he'd come out that strongly. He might still say something like "well, it's tight but we're still in this thing" or something along those lines, but he wouldn't have written what he did. Of course he could still be wrong, but a guy who is known for calling it like he sees it coming out that strongly does make me feel better...This does not make me feel better at all, personally. Yeah, what’s the argument from our local Nazi Aspirer sympathizers?I don't know about y'all but if your candidate is okay with Nazis, and you're okay with that candidate, then you're okay with Nazis.
I don't doubt that he's confident, I just don't think that his confidence means anything or should independently inspire confidence in anyone else.Carville is still sharp and he's still very well-connected.
