That is actually a misquote. The terminology for rubber bullets, flash bangs etc is “less than lethal” not “less lethal.”

Of course, there have been instances of LTL devices actually causing death.

But to be clear, the tweet was using the wrong term.

He made it clear during his campaign last year that if he won the election that his second term would basically be a revenge, "get even" tour against everyone he feels has wronged him or opposed him or that he just doesn't like. And so here we are. He's an extraordinarily vindictive, petty little man, and always has been.
