I was about 2 miles from the airport when it crashed. Went outside and saw massive black cloud of smoke.

Yes, there is no way the flight crew survived. They may not find any trace of them, sadly.

I work closely with UPS (was on with Louisville just this afternoon), they are a tight knit family in a way that few other companies are. This is devastating, going to be rough for the whole company.
