I don’t know what has happened to this team. They were so active and aggressive on defense early in the year and have seemed to completely lose that energy.

These things tend to happen when players don’t believe in their coaching staff.

This is a flawed roster but enough talent to be a top 25 team. There is no reason we should be losing to the likes of Cal and Stanford, and go down to the wire against Wake.

Another thing that’s bad about this collapse the last 4 games is HD is pissing away the one season where we had the best freshman we’ve had in 20 years. A good team built around Caleb could have really made some noise.

I absolutely hate this so much for Coach Davis. Hate it so much for him. He’s a wonderful man, he’s a wonderful ambassador and representative of this great university. But it’s over. He either needs to be told to announce that he’s stepping down at the end of the season or needs to be fired and an interim named so we can get a head start on the coaching search publicly. What must be done inevitably, should be done immediately. This is over.

Every mistake a player makes is Coach Davis's fault. Carolina was 13-1 and playing really good defense. Switching 1-4.

Some of you didn't like the switching. Others wanted more zone. Switching isn't the problem. Not playing zone isn't the problem. Players not playing good defense is the problem.
