Biorhythms for UNC @ Miami: 7 PM Start

Tough loss for the heels. They looked exhausted all game; hope Caleb’s injury isn’t serious.

As for Miami, I’m very surprised they won. I went into the game expecting a heels win by 6-10 pts. I’ve not been impressed with UM all season.
 
Put this on the Hubert thread but it should go here….

This one’s not on Hubert. Could not box out. Caleb forced some terrible shots. No one could make a shot in the 2nd half when we had multiple chances to tie or take the lead.

Felt like if we could get a 4pt lead we’d win but just didn’t make plays. Shit performance from Caleb and Henry. Seth and Derek nonexistent. Not enough effort or toughness.

Dating back to K’s tenure, when they were ranked, 21 times. Dating back to K’s tenure, regardless of whether they were ranked, 28 times. We did lose the following game (directly after the first matchup vs. Duke), three times when we beat an unranked Duke team during that stretch (1982, 1996, 2021).

FFS, Coach Williams' teams were inconsistent. They're 18-23 year-old males. Yeah, they're inconsistent. All of them.

We get it. You don't want Coach Davis to be the coach, and probably never did. We understand. You don't have to keep repeating your bs talking points every game thread.

Well, the same demons due tend to pop up.

I don't know whose fault it is, but it seems unlikely that will get out of the "puncher's chance" category anytime soon and this is an "up" season.

Its just one game, but I was certainly hoping that we could sustain effort and really turn the corner tonight..still on the emotional roller coaster.
 
Wilson had a +/- of -15 in 26:16 with only 6 rebounds.
Veesaar was -10 in 32:53 with 6 rebounds.
Zayden High was +1 in 7:07 with 5 rebounds.

I don't recall ever seeing a game with both teams so good on offense in the first half and so bad in the second.

Carolina was 7-13 3FG in the 1st half and 1-14 3FG in the 2nd half. Miami was 3-7 and 0-6.

Carolina was 9-16 2FG in the 1st and 8-20 in the 2nd. Miami was 15-24 and 11-25.

You’d do a lot better putting him on ignore. It’s done wonders for game threads — whiny little broken record tantrums are down probably 50% or more.

I appreciate the suggestion, and I would, but I like his posts on most of the other threads. If I had a thread-specific ignore, then yeah.
