Biorhythms for UNC v Syracuse: Post Game Discussion

You can be satisfied with the win and still not be satisfied with the collapse and how it ended. I really can't recall, but I don't think Hubert called a time out until after the bench was in and it was down to 10. I just think he should have at least called a time out when the run started and it got below 20 to lay into the players and try to get them refocused.

I think to be a true collapse they needed to actually lose the game.

Not a total collapse, but a 32 point lead to 6 under a minute is still a pretty big collapse.
Yes it was large point swing in a short period of time but since they still won by 10 no less, it's nothing all that memorable or substantial. Just a footnote on a midseason W.

Generally I don't put much stock in post game pressers, but this one was just ridiculous. Praising the effort and not wanting to focus on the near collapse...

What do we think the point spread will be for the Duke game this weekend? I was floored when I just checked the ESPN app and saw that their metrics give Duke a 78% chance to win. Not sure I agree with that. And I don't think I've ever seen a team as nearly 80% likely to win in the Smith Center.

I'd say Duke could be a 2-3 point favorite, right?

I really like our chances this weekend. Saturday night, top 15 matchup, Heels at home, Caleb Wilson looking to show out, College Gameday in town.... Gimme the Tar Heels 83-80! See y'all at the corner of Franklin and Columbia!

I'd say 4.5. Duke is really, really good. That doesn't mean that they are going to win, though. I think Duke probably will win, but I put the odds at 60/40 and hope I am wrong.

I bet you're right. I haven't watched a ton of them this year yet but I did watch their game at Michigan State and was really impressed. Hopefully they bring out the best in us on Saturday night. I feel like the Dome is going to be absolutely rocking!
