That plays a huge role in outcomes and is a lot of combinations for a lot of games. I'd bet that if that number was at 5 combos for 13 games that there would be a minimum of 2 more games in the win column. I also have no scientific numbers to back that up, but consistency in the offensive line has always paid off when listening to what coaches say about the importance of the offensive and defensive lines.

Panthers have been fun this year. I think they are about to turn the corner and really become a serious playoff contender. But goodness, their run in on the schedule has been and is going to be tough with the 3rd hardest finishing schedule in the league while the Bucs have the 2nd easiest finishing schedule. I really feel like they need 3 of these last 4 to have a chance at making the playoffs, and that's gonna be tough.

Agreed on schedule, but there is something I like about, “if we are going to make the playoffs, we have to earn it by beating good teams.” In other words, not just backing into the playoffs because other teams lost down the stretch.
We are going to need to beat TB twice, is my feeling.

The Athletic's playoff scenario generator agrees with you: How the Carolina Panthers can make the playoffs through Week 13 - The Athletic

Sweep the Bucs and the other two games almost don't matter - over a 99% chance to win the division.
Go 3-1 with one of the losses to the Bucs and it's slightly worse than 50/50 for them, and most of the scenarios in the positive column involve sneaking into the wild card rather than winning the division.
