Anybody else tuning out the remainder of the NCAAT? Wow, it just got started and I’m of a mind to not watch much - if any - more of it. I’m in that mood to take my ball and go home and pout. Just like a spoiled little kid that needs a nap.

I am trying hard to convince myself to watch the Badgers.....we shall see

I won’t be watching anymore. I’m running my bracket at work so I have to grade all of them but I will just check scores on the Yahoo app. Only interest I have is hoping dook doesn’t win it all.

You hope.

I bet we get no more than 2 No. 1 seeds in the Final Four.

The elite eight matchups are very chalky. 1 vs 2 in all but one regional where it is 1 vs 3. St. John's was the only top two seed unable to hold serve.

A few decent gms in the sweet 16.

Somehow I watched the game which started later than dook's Thur, that went to OT, pretty entertaining. Arky was the potential Cinderella as a 10, but lost. Kept me up til 1am though :-(

I was reading the ESPN NBA draft projections.

I believe it says something about college basketball's current state that a team with a sub 500 record could have two players predicted to be in the top 3 of the draft. They must have gotten some really nice bags to waste their one year in college on a team that was pretty bad. But, I guess that's what's important.

Also, in the ESPN projection, 5 of the top 9 are from two teams. I guess the one should be happy that they almost made the final 4, if not for a massive choke.

And friggen Danny Wolf is projected in the first round????

I still wonder what went wrong there. Could you imagine having him on this past year's team?

I don’t see us improving much. He’s white. He’s not Larry Bird. He’s not Dirk.

If an NBA team spends a 1st round pick on him, that’s a team with Jordanesque front-office skills.

Two different mock drafts had him in the first round, 18 and 20.

He would have been an improvement over Washington, I believe.

I still wish we had landed the center from Stanford last year.

I just wonder what the pitch was from the staff that couldn't secure any of the multiple centers they spoke with last off season.
