Progressivism can cover a lot of territory, depending on how it's defined but, yes, the Progressive characteristic of "equal OUTCOME" vs "equal OPPORTUNITY" does not align with American values, IMO.

TBF, prior to commencing, Hegseth reportedly acknowledged that what he is reading is only based on a passage from Ezekiel used by US Military Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) and is called CSAR 25:17 in military parlance.

But yes he still read it as a prayer and it is not clear whether he knows the movie source.

I'm so proud of my grandson for being accepted early and will be enrolling in the fall.

I just pray the state legislature, the BOG, and the BOT will have an epiphany and realize that this is the priceless gem( among so few in NC ) and promote UNC rather than continue to attempt to undermine its stellar national reputation.

Just curious, has Justice Thomas opined on that lodestone from which all the progressivism that threatens the very integrity of our great county flows - - the 13th Amendment?
