Safe to say that multiple people either didn't read what I wrote or completely misunderstood what I wrote.

The story is that the FBI initially expressed concerns about probable cause. So, when I said "The far-right has always told me that the FBI is nothing more than an arm of the Democratic Party" I was mocking the far right because, if the FBI was an arm of the Dem Party, they would just quietly/enthusiastically go along with anything the DoJ wanted, regardless of probable cause.

If we still had real news media in this country someone probably would, but as we now have shallow entertainment networks and right-wing propaganda outlets masquerading as news networks that's unlikely to happen anytime soon.
