That's not how the constitution works. If you ask nicely and humbly, with an intent to learn and not to argue, I might explain it to you.

But when you just announce that a core constitutional principle "doesn't make sense" because it failed to perfectly correspond to your intuitions in the 30 seconds of thought you gave it, what's my incentive to explain?
