It was not a slam dunk case and filed days before the transition, so not surprising …

Judge says Trump administration violated court order with deportation flight linked to South Sudan

Eight people from Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Cuba, Mexico and South Sudan were on a flight reportedly intended for South Sudan this week.

“… Government attorneys said that the migrants are in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody and that the plane has since landed. They declined to share the location of the plane’s final destination. …”

I guess they are so eager to violate a court order to deport criminals to South Sudan they left ICE Agents in Djibouti to guard the plane u til it can go to a secret location in South Sudan to offload these guys? Assuming that the claims about their crimes are true, weren’t they already in prison? Why the rush/need to send them to an undisclosed fate in South Sudan?
The ugly underbelly of this transaction is that South Sudan has been embroiled in an ugly civil war for years, under a so-called truce that hasn’t really stopped the fighting so much as made it sporadic explosions of violence and one side or the other in that civil war is likely getting paid blood money to take these 8 criminals, which money will be used to buy weapons used against civilians in the civil war there.

“… At the close of the three-day meeting, the Group of Seven finance and central bank chiefs issued a vague joint statement that offered few details about what was discussed at the meetings and the commitments countries were prepared to make on trade. The joint statement mentioned the word “trade” once and made no mention of tariffs, despite the topic being a focal point in private discussions at the conference.

… The meeting featured U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and finance officials representing Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and the U.K., as well as those from the European Union. …”

Au contraire. That was an example of how your side has nothing to say on this subject.

All left-wing violence this century does not equal the mass shootings in Pittsburgh, El Paso, Charleston, Buffalo, etc.

And of course, McVeigh killed more by himself than all leftists in this country combined since then.

Political violence is and has been almost entirely a right-wing phenomenon in US history, including of course the KKK. You should probably STFU.

But we can't use this argument when talking about Islamist terrorists, right? Or at least that's what I took from the other thread.

Trump says autism ‘has to be artificially induced’

“When you hear 10,000, it was 1 in 10,000, and now it’s 1 in 31 for autism, I think that’s just a terrible thing. It has to be something on the outside, has to be artificially induced, has to be,” Trump said at a MAHA Commission event. “And we will not allow our public health system to be captured by the very industries it’s supposed to oversee. So we’re demanding the answers, the public is demanding the answers and that’s why we’re here.”
