Did Trump have a stroke?

I am not a doctor but I do have a friend who has Bell’s palsy and that seems plausible here. I mean, of course a stroke does too. But, his speech not being impaired too much and other things makes me think a “milder” deal.
 
Well, having had a pretty serious stroke, as well as several mini strokes, I welcome a new chapter in America where folks fabricate medical knowledge. (Rather like the endless stupid comments about Biden and his 'symptoms")
 
I thought for sure he was status post TIA in this speech he made in early 2024:

I think he’s had several TIAs. If there was a verifiably neutral way to have his mri assessed, I’m confident it would show frontal lobe deterioration and microvascular disease.

After many years now of watching him and listening to his speeches I honestly don't think he's capable of real empathy for anyone except himself and maybe a few favored family members like Ivanka. He's a narcissist through and through, and his focus is always on himself and not on others. And that lack of sympathy or empathy applies to Kirk as much as to anyone.

I don’t think he actually cares about Ivanka, rather, he wants to possess her. Narcissistic sociopaths don’t care about others, they care about what they do or do not have.
 
In a sadistic way, I’d rather see “Trump had a stroke” at the top of the board than “some nobody got shot in Utah”
