I'm not sure where the 15% numbers on ground beef are coming from. I've purchased my ground beef at Costco for the last 10 years, it was around $2.50 for years, it had spiked to $3.99 under Biden, but went back down to around $2.99, it's now $6.99 a pound. That's not 15% even using trump math.

And steaks.... I avoid the steak section now, it's scary.

I used to buy whole filets for around $80-90, now they are over $200. A whole Ribeye is over $300.

If I were ever desperate enough to use that again, (not used since my newly wed days almost 50 years ago.) I think I'd probably use sliced and browned smoked sausage. It has a better texture and flavor, on the whole, and generally cheaper.
Yea, the thought of hamburger helper would probably help me to diet and avoid eating. Nothing negative to those who eat it, I just never really liked it.

But, hotdogs are almost $10 for the "beef" dogs at Publix, for an 8 count package. I pretty much only buy them when they are BOGO now.

You know, I never really had any concern with food prices until recently, it feels like they have jumped considerably. I go to Publix for a few things for dinner, not the whole meal, and it's $50. When we buy groceries it's normally over $150 now.
It was never this bad previously.
