I don't have a clue if illegal or not but Hispanics have purchased just about every house in our older but nice neighborhood. The houses beside ours were bought by nice Hispanics and there are at least 3 families living in each of them with all their cars parked in driveways and front yards. Every house looks like a used car lot. Its crazy, homie.
My question is why American citizens( aka white people ) have not purchased homes in your older but nice neighborhood ?
Are Hispanics making more money than American citizens and can afford to buy those homes ?

That is what is confusing to me ( but I have been day drinking since 7am ). Are "illegals " more financially well off than other American citizens and can better afford homes in your neighborhood ?

I think he answered that with 3 families per house.

Are they also eating the dogs and cats?

I hope this is satire because if you expect us to believe this -- I mean, come on. It's not at all credible.

unemployment is up

U.S. Gained 64,000 Jobs In November But Lost 105,000 In October

Labor Department revisions also knocked 33,000 jobs off August and September payrolls.

What’s not believable? I see this often. I had three families living in a 3 BR house. The used car lot is spot on.
Every house in the neighborhood purchased by Hispanics and they all have three families in them?

I have literally never seen a single house that fits the description, and I do not live in an area devoid of migrants. So one or two instances? Maybe. The claim as written is laughable.

Chapel Hill has an ordinance that makes front yard parking illegal!
We found out because we had rentals with larger lots and could rent to freshman since they couldn’t have cars on campus. Then we found out that the damn nurses at the hospital have to pay almost $750-1,000 to park? Bottom line if you have a used car lot next door you are likely not in a neighborhood you’re likely in a more rural than urbanized (zoning)area. I’m listening to Ezra Klein Derek Thompson’s book “Abundance” book and it’s really eye opening as to why right or left we are where we are!

Sorry. You said "Hispanics have purchased just about every house." Is that 9 out of 10? 7 out of 10? And they all have 3 families living there?

I did not know that Siler City, or any place in NC for that matter, was 50% Hispanic. So that lends more plausibility to the 7 or 8 out of 10 claim, though I am still suspicious of the magnitude of your descriptions.

It’s not that EVs will be diminishing. It’s that Ford knows it can’t compete with the Chinese.
They aren’t worried about Chinese EVs in the domestic market. They’re getting killed because all electric trucks are toys and no one who needs a truck will buy one due to range anxiety, towing capability (as it relates to range) and concerns about longevity. Ford will transition to a hybrid heavy lineup for larger vehicles and save EVs for smaller, cheaper vehicles.

As you drive up Raleigh Road/54 Business from the 15-501/54 By-Pass there are a couple of small houses on the right.

A couple of friends rented one of those houses when they were in law school in ‘85-‘88. Their lease prevented them from renting out the front lawn for parking.

The next house up the hill? They could rent out for parking. Today, that front yard has boulders in it.

In Northside, LOTS of lots became parking lots way back.

I met a guy from Texas with a Rivian truck. 190,000 miles and his only maintenance was tires. He loved it. Had to reboot it once.

trump is killing an industry of the future and handing the future to China.
