Yeah, I lost a good employee to cuts in December.
It's always sad to see people lose their jobs. Especially this year with the jobs market as it is.

Then it's tough to have to fill in the gaps after.
Due to of changes, I've lost 2 parole and had one quit, so I'm at half my previous staff and only have one open backfill position.

It's really tough working on how to maintain support with less people.

I've been informed that it is complete and that there were 20 people at my site. Plus the 10-12 that took a voluntary package.
 
Yeah the Conservative cry of “run the government like a business” crowd now support someone that they would never want as the CEO of their company.
I think over last 100 years we have had two business men as president...Hoover and GWB unless we also count Trump as a "business man" and not a con man.

How did that work out for us ?
