Remember when Trump began his political career and building his future MAGA base back in 2011 by going on Fox almost daily to promote the Obama birth certificate conspiracy ?

There was some speculation he was preparing to run for president in 2012 . He did not run, but he did continue to push the bogus birth certificate conspiracy on Fox to build his MAGA base. Obama produced his birth certificate in 2012 but Trump continued the conspiracy by insinuating he had "sources" that had found the birth certificate to be a fake and a fraud which stoked the bogus conspiracy.

After he announced he was running in 2015 and came down the escalator, he still kept the conspiracy alive when questioned by legit media using his go to dodge, saying maybe he was born in America but maybe not.

Then in 2016 he used what was known then as the birtherism movement to implicate Hillary Clinton by association . At his rallies he made sure to use Obama's middle name as a dog whistle to his MAGAs that Obama was a Muslim. He even said Obama founded ISIS and then later as the campaign continued he included Hillary as a co-founder of ISIS.

Ironic that he created his bigoted MAGA base with an elaborate bogus conspiracy and now the shoe is on the other foot.
 
I’m sure this has been pointed out by others but the craziest thing about this to me is that TRUMP WAS ALREADY PRESIDENT FOR FOUR YEARS!!! If relevant materials didn’t exist, he would be among the very few people in the world who would know that definitively. And yet, he made release of those materials a huge feature of his campaign.

No matter what the truth really is, we know this for sure. MAGA has been PLAYED for the fools we’ve been telling them they are.

Since they are trying to take us back to the 1800s, their sense of history will demand a return to these standards. Then everything will be moot.
