Eh, I've lost employees to competitors. Usually not the better ones, and usually they regret it, but it happens. I'm certain Trump has lost many employees to competitors, it would be ridiculous to think he hadn't (wouldn't need to hire so many illegals if he hadn't).

However, I've never sweated the loss of a 16 year old (I've only hired people that young as summer interns anyway). Realistically how important/long-term/talented could they possibly be? I mean, what talent or genius could a high school underclassman really bring to the table? There must have been something truly special about this particular 16 year old who was years away from even a High School degree that really sparked Trump's interest. What could she possibly have done or been willing to do that wasn't easily replaceable by almost any other average teenager?
