Yeah, the reveal in all this FAFO, is that these maga volk thought their vote was a "vaccine" against the harms of fascism. They also reveal in every.single.one of these "president trump must not know!" stories that they fully expected others to be harmed, and voted accordingly.

So far, the economic anxiety rationale is loosing, fiercely, to xenophobia and hatred. Granted, at the base of xenophobia and hate is insecurity, and that has numerous inputs.

These Trumpers who have been fired or cut are just the vanguard of what is going to grow into a vastly larger number of MAGAs who are going to be hurt - and in some cases severely - by all of these Project 2025 cuts. And yet it's hard to feel any sympathy for them, as so many of them are indeed crying on social media that it was just supposed to be minorities and liberals and Democrats getting hurt, not good Real American Trumpers like them.
