I worry it is for show and where they are really fucking us is hidden away until they can get the legislation passed.

We're all watching the show not realizing the guy behind us is stealing our wallet.

You're not wrong, but you're underestimating imo. Inflation didn't so much jump as continue its gradual climb. It's up about 5.5% annually over the last three months.

Interest rates are now at 103 bps higher than they were back in September. They hit their multi-year low the day after the presidential debate that month, when it looked like Kamala might be pulling ahead. Since then, they have been rising.
 
Getting tired of Rick Wilson. I get what he's doing, and it's always good to have allies, but what he says here about MAGA also applies to Bushies.

At least one of those guys, Stevens?, had the honesty and dignity to admit that it was all lies all along. 2016 wasn't an aberration, but a climax.

There is no doubt in my mind that we're going to be hearing that a lot over the next four years. And sadly, my guess is that this dude will still vote Republican even if he loses his farm. Because it's better to go bankrupt and lose everything because Dear Leader screwed you over rather than allow the gheys and transgenders to not face discrimination from the government.
