You’re in a cult if you think illegal gangbangers are afforded the same due process as US citizens. If so,it would take fifteen years to get rid of these squatters. Is that what you’re going for? It sure seems like it given the way Biden just let them all in while claiming the border was closed.

Garcia had 2 deportation orders btw.

Your first paragraph is pathetic. You know better. So do better.

As to the second point, we hear that a lot. Link to them, please. And let us know if they came before or after the order that stayed his removal to El Salvador. Then tell us, as a lawyer, which is controlling.

As a lawyer one would think that you, of all professions, would understand the importance of due process.

If the government can skip due process based on " we say this person is bad", them what stops them from doing that to you?

Trump Aims to End Policy That Was the Only Reason Tesla Is Still Profitable

Three months in, it’s become abundantly clear that it’s not just federal Washington-based programs and overseas aid that are feeling the wrath of Elon Musk and DOGE. The cuts are hitting home in the reddest parts of the country, and Republican elected officials are starting to push back.

Abrupt cuts at AmeriCorps this week have landed hard in deep red states with high poverty rates like West Virginia, Mississippi and Alabama, where national service programs have long-filled gaps in education, disaster response and job training.

On Friday, AmeriCorps, at the behest of DOGE, unexpectedly terminated nearly $400 million in grants, more than 40 percent of the agency’s grant funds. The move affects more than 1,000 grantees and sidelines more than 32,000 AmeriCorps members nationwide.

Commissions in all 50 states were notified of terminations. In some states, including Alabama and Wyoming, the entire grant portfolio was axed.

Have the day you voted for

Jon Stewart's weekly podcast they interviewed Andy Beshear this week.

He makes a lot of sense.

He also gave credit to FEMA's response in KY.

I really like Bashear and wish he would run for President. Had be been allowed to do so in 2024 (Biden limiting himself early to 1 term), I believe he would be president today beating Trump
Yes, Biden not stepping down is a huge variable in where we are now.

He and Josh Shapiro can run on the getting shit down platform. They both seem to have a good track record in this area.

I like Shapiro and Buttigeg as well, but Bashear does not carry the political handicaps each of them does.

The biggest political handicap is being an avowed atheist, which is why those people say they are Christian and hold the bible upside down.
While so many avowed Christians voted for trump and are in favor of project 2025.

If I had Buttigeg's resume...

It is so sad that in this country a man with that resume is looked upon negatively because of who he loves.
He’s an idiot slacker …and I don’t care who he sleeps with. Run him.

Wow, this is a slacker:
Buttigieg attended St. Joseph High School, and was his class valedictorian. He graduated from Harvard University in 2004, earning a bachelor’s degree in history and literature.

After graduating, Buttigieg was awarded the prestigious title of Rhodes Scholar. He attended the University of Oxford in England, graduating with a BA in philosophy, politics, and economics.

He joined the U.S. Navy Reserve in 2009 and served seven years as an officer, taking a leave of absence as South Bend mayor to serve in Afghanistan in 2014

But you voted for a guy, trump, who's daddy paid a doctor to keep him out of the military and paid his way into college.

I really don't believe you know the definition of slacker.

Just a hint the guy born on third base who owes all of his success to his daddy's money, is much closer to being a slacker.
