Some of these 1/6 people are really bad people. One or two are destined to commit serious crimes. Maybe if they kill an FBI agent the administration will just brush it off as them getting what they had coming to them (crazy to say but this is the MAGA world we live in), but if they kill or rape someones daughter that is going to hit hard.

If I were an ex-FBI agent on this list, I'd stay out of DC or anywhere that Trump has full pardon powers over murder.

Bove has already laid the groundwork by calling Driscoll insubordinate in a previous memo."

The two-day notice would give FBI employees a chance to go back to court and stop the disclosure.

“… The “consent order,” adopted by U.S. District Judge Jia Cobb Friday afternoon, lacks a safeguard FBI employees’ lawyers were asking for during a court hearing Thursday: A restriction on passing the information from the Justice Department to other agencies or the White House.
But the judge’s directive bars the entire federal government — not just the Justice Department — from making any part of the list public without giving two business days’ notice. That would allow attorneys for the FBI personnel to ask the judge for further relief.

The FBI Agents Association hailed the agreement. …”

Trump Admin may be trying to get rid of the ATF:

Kash Patel to be named acting ATF chief, sources say

“Kash Patel, the newly sworn-in director of the FBI, is expected to also be named acting head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, two Justice Department sources confirmed to CBS News Saturday.

… Congressional Republicans have already proposed $188 million in cutbacks to the agency for the 2025 fiscal year, alleging the ATF overreaches and places too many restrictions, including on pistol braces….”
