Gavin Newsom addresses the nation

good to see the GPOAT lend his support to a "fight fire with fire " strategy in order to protect our democratic republic.

There are 9 GQPer reps in Congress from California. Any chance we could could construct a gerrymander to remove all 9 ? I know the hope is to remove 5, but let's do it the "Chicago way "(y)

By "fundamental genius" he means he actually intends to post on social media like and angry 12 year old with the vocabulary of a 3rd grader.

A mixture of skibidi toilet, bruh, crash out, and chopped would be superior to what Trump throws out there.

Completely agree. If there is a bigger beta cuck who represents the MAGA era better than Jesse two T's Watters, I haven't seen him.

That's not fair, you can be a real man and suck dick like it's your job...those aren't mutually exclusive things.

The problem for Pubs is that so many of them (metaphorically) suck dick like it's their job and are ragingly homophobic. When you combine the two things, the only way to make that work is to abase oneself while going to work on that dick.

I think a lot of it in our current period is that the traditional understanding of masculinity has been undermined/transformed over the last 50 years and conservatives have become lost without that traditional understanding. And without a commonly accepted definition of masculinity to fall back on, they've instead turned to a comical/satirical version of the traditional concept in order to find order and security in the changing world.

Nobody's debating anything. Half of the country (the half you have chosen to align yourself with, or maybe you really just can't help yourself) is consternated and trying to pretend that Newsom is somehow trying to steal Trump's style (such as it is), the other half of us are laughing our asses off, both at the success of the campaign in particular and the genuine humor and cheerful anarchy of the enterprise in general, as well as at the befuddled and addled response of Maga, who if there's one thing that can be truly said of them it's that they don't get a joke, much less take one (I guess the former precludes the latter)...

I’ve said his recent campaign is multi faceted. I find the Mount Rushmore and Hulk Hogan posts humorous.

I mean.... most of the Dem party seems to be baffled by what it means to be a man vs what it means to be a woman.

EDIT: You had to foresee the above response, or some variation of, coming.

It is my understanding that CA could be gerrymandered to 2 GOP seats.

Of course, in 2026, California (which has taken the brunt of Trump's mendacity and suppression) could be so anti-GOP as to clean sweep the whole state (except, I think, one district that is super red).
