I'm not so sure the gap is that big. Kentucky gave UGA everything they wanted last week and then upset Ole Miss today. Tennessee is also a monster. Texas and Oklahoma too? Yeah, we'd be thrashed weekly and absolutely overrun by visiting fans every week. I'm not sure that would ever be fun. We aren't willing to do what it takes to compete with those schools in football or baseball either for that matter.
