Last Jedi
Rogue One
A New Hope
Return of the Jedi
The Force Awakens
Revenge of the Sith
Solo
Attack of the clones
Phantom Menace
Rise of Skywalker

I don't even count the most recent trilogy, The Force Awakens was a good start but it turned to crap after that, imo. The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones were also pretty putrid. Of those I still care to watch, I'd say:

The Empire Strikes Back
Rogue One (a really great sci-fi movie)
A New Hope
Revenge of the Sith
Return of the Jedi
Solo

And The Mandalorian TV series has mostly been great. The Obi-Wan Kenobi TV series was mostly blah except for the final duel between Kenobi and Vader, which was excellent.
