LOL. Didn’t get a chance to throw the passing haymaker.

TCU took what we gave them in the passing game — I think we are working so hard to prevent the HUGE play that they can just pitch and catch with virtually no pressure for the 5-15 yard passing plays.

I would not be surprised to see TCU throw a haymaker early in their opening drive — try to demoralize the team and drive the fans out of the stands (though they may be surprised that our fans probably won’t be back in the stands yet for their opening drive if past is prologue).
Haymaker delivered.

You'd think that the greatest NFL coach that ever coached in the history of NFL coaches would have done a little bit better than simply hiring one of his buddies as OC.
I’ve said it before….often…..hiring any “head coach” who isn’t currently coaching comes with a HUGE risk BECAUSE the hiring process is complicated by the fact that your new head coach has to hire an entire staff.

If you hire a winning head coach from another program, he comes with much of his staff intact (ditto for hiring an OC or DC - he comes with some/many of his own guys).

Belichick had to piece together a staff from scratch.

Also, NO ONE in D1 or the NFL was clamoring to hire Freddie Kitchens as OC.

Just gotta work on getting some offense to have something to build on for the Charlotte game.

Belichick is the mistake that will kill UNC football for good. After we spent all this money to get these results, the PTB will be either unable or unwilling to invest in football again.

It was already in a coma.

Still wait and see on BB.

TCU is going to try their damndest to rub our noses in it, and they should.
