Hegseth renames Fort Liberty to Fort Bragg, but with a twist

We did the same with kenan stadium, right? We have a tremendous amount of play from Bragg at the golf course I work because of a veterans discount. If I say liberty more often than not they will say no it's Bragg. More often than not the person saying it is A-A. Of course these are army folks and they are different.

Not sure why this is shocking. I suspect the department of defense will still be recruiting at inclusive stem events and those top engineers will get the same recruiting push whether they be man, woman, white, black, or purple.

The quality of the candidates at the NRA would be a concern but if they start avoiding predominantly white organizations, that's going to be a problem. UNC is a predominantly white organization. Are they not going to recruit there?

I can't wait until all of the other military bases whose names have been changed get returned to their original Confederate names, except that they'll find some relatively obscure if decorated veterans from some war with the same last name as the Confederate general to justify doing so. And nobody is going to be fooled - even MAGA Nation will know that they're returning it to the original Confederate name, which will no doubt please them to no end.
 
Oh, yeah, Pete is just "killing it" right now - like killing recruiting at minority events with talented possible recruits in favor of mostly white events with fewer possible high-quality recruits. Nothing suspicious at all in doing that.

It's not a hill to die on, but is yet another revealing example of the real priorities of this administration, which is throwing culture war red meat to their base while they steal the government blind, gut essential government services to pay for tax cuts aimed at the wealthy, and try to institute an Orban-type authoritarian regime in the country.

I agree with this. Bragg might have been the toughest to match with a decorated soldier. Should be no problem to find a Lee, Gordon or Pickett.
