With less playmaking. This team, on paper anyway, is much bigger, more balanced, and better shooting.
That said, it seems way more balanced than any recent team, with way more experience. Hopefully, the pieces all fit together like they should.

They have completely different skill-sets. CR's a much more natural 3 in HD's offense. Height alone is not a good indicator of a player's position. Luka's skill-set would make him a small 3 in HD's offense, given the responsibilities and role as a 3 in HD's offense.Isn’t he the same as Cormac Ryan, who was a very successful 3 in Hubert’s offense?
Haven't seen him listed as 6'6. His game is definitely not a 3.He is 6’6.
In the thread discussing the latest pod from Sean and Sherrell it's mentioned that the pod (so either Sean or Sherrell) commented that they thought would be a sub. I haven't listened to the pod yet, so I'm assuming it's because they don't see Seth coming off the bench next year. Although, I do think he'd be a better option than Seth, given his offensive skill-set, having Seth come in off the bench.I've read a lot of it today, and prettty much everybody has him starting at the 3.
He's been playing pro for 4 years in a good league...dude can ball.

I see, thanks. Hopefully at the 2.Someone sort of misquoted what Sean had said there, and Ben stepped in to emphasize that a couple of times...I think everyone is under the assumption he'll be starting
I see, thanks. Hopefully at the 2.
The only other realistic option is Powell.I think 4thgen's lineup is the most likely,
Evans
Trimble
Bogavac
Wilson/Stevenson
Veesar
Who would you start at the 3 in place of Bogavac?
If you're going to start both Trimble and Luka, I'd put Seth at the 3. He plays taller/bigger/stronger than Luka.I think Luka's game serves the 2 role better than the 3 role, and Luke at the 2 with Seth at the 3 is better in HD's offense than the other way around. I am just not super excited to see Seth as the lead 2 in HD's offense. I think this team could struggle to create offense in the back court/wing positions, especially with Trimble at the 2. (I also think it's highly unlikely that HD/staff change things up next year, so they'll be running similar offense/defensive sets.)I think 4thgen's lineup is the most likely,

The roles and responsibilities are different, in HD's systems, for the 2 and 3 position. They're closer than say 1/2 or 1/3, but not interchangeable.I don't know too much about it, but from what I understand the 2/3 are mostly interchangeable in our offense, what really would matter is who gets who on defense. And yea, I'd guess Seth would draw the tougher assignment, whichever position that was.
Somebody said that Seth is the real winner here with the Bogavac signing, since everyone else (minus Caleb Wilson) is potentially an outside threat, which will open things up for him in the lane. Sounded reasonable to me.
Somebody who knows more about the X's and O's could probably add some more clarity to this.
I’ve seen some talk ofI think 4thgen's lineup is the most likely,

Who would you start at the 3 in place of Bogavac?
I'm with you. I don't think playing Wilson at the 3 would suit his game well, nor lead to a great offense (in HD's scheme). I do like Luka at the 2.I’ve seen some talk of
Evans
Bogavac
Wilson
Stevenson
Veesar
But I feel, for a number of reasons, that while that would be a great closing lineup, it shouldn’t be our starting lineup largely because it includes our three most talented bigs.
